we had the gang over on friday night. i made everyone dinner (homemade potato soup, grilled cheese) and dessert (chocolate fondue with pound cake, strawberries, apples, grapes, marshmallows, graham crackers, bananas) and we played board games (imaginiff, taboo, cranium). it was a pretty swell night. i learned that if my friends were to imagine me as a mode of transportation, i would be a pogo stick. and if i were an emotion i would be love. it was unanimous.

rudy spent the night on the yoba/yorba and we went for breakfast saturday morning. it was quite the lovely time indeed.

the rest of the weekend consisted of being lazy, doing nothing, and sleeping. we did manage to get out of the house long enough to buy clue and pitch black at best buy. we then came home and went right back to being lazy, sleeping, and doing nothing.

i had some weird dreams what with all the sleeping that was done. i had some zombie dreams. thank you resident evil. i had some dreams where i was marrying some girl and my house was my house but not my house because the kitchen was moved 10 feet to the right and i kept going in the wrong door. and then my sister yelled at a man in a convertible because his daughter got her wet with a hose as she was walking by. and there was a part where i was walking down a street that looks an awful lot like turf. kind of makes you wonder what video games are doing to my brain on a subconscious level.

i gotta get back to work. *sniffle sniffle*
