I've been a little depressed.
I'm not sure how to fix it. Do I need to be on meds? Do I just need to talk to someone? I've got a routine down, I know that is supposed to help. I've been getting plenty of sleep, eating right, exercizing. I don't take vitamins, maybe I should do that. I went off my birth control since depression is a side effect of that. I've made some friends, I've been being social.
